 All abstracts will be evaluated by reviewers of Autex 2018,  after that acceptance letter will be sent to your mail adress

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstracts can be submitted online only. Abstracts submitted via fax or email will not be accepted.
  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English
  • The number of the abstracts are limited to 1 (one) oral or poster presentation in total. Additional paper submission will be charged by 50 €.
  • Please click here to download abstract template and upload your abstract to the online system.

  • The headline, name-surname, institution name, abstract, keywords and preferences must be entered in the system. Organising Comittee and Dalya Tourism are not responsible if the information submitted is incomplete and inaccurate.
  • All scientific and legal responsibility of the abstract belongs to the authors.
  • The abstracts will be evaluated by the Referees that are assigned by the Scientific Comittee. A notification will be sent by Dalya Tourism for the results.
  • Oral presentations may be changed into poster presentations after evaluation. All rights about this change belongs to the Scientific Comittee. In case of a change, notification will be sent by Dalya Tourism.
  • The abstracts that do not follow the rules mentioned above will not be evaluated.

 

ORAL PRESENTATION

 

  • Organising Comittee decides oral presentations’ presentation specifications and durations. Oral presentation owners will be informed about the decision by Dalya Tourism.

 

POSTER PRESENTATION

 

  • Poster size: 90 x 70 cm (height x width)
  • Organising Comittee decides the poster presentations’ place and method in the program.
  • The text and the symbols on the poster must be readable at one meter distance.
  • The person who will present the poster must be remarked by underlining their name.
  • References must be enumerated by order and must be shown between parenthesis in the text.
